We do Monthly Social Club, Coffee Mornings, Life skills, In-house training sessions which will include Fire, Police, Hate Crime and First Aid, Customer/Carer Meetings, Community connecting, Voluntary work, Multi-cultural awareness, Money skills, Seasonal activities, Independent travel, training, Crafts, Health Awareness, Media studies, History. A day service for Adults with Learning Disabilities 18yrs upwards Opportunity Knocks provide Person Centred activities,enabling individuals to make informed choices & encourage personal development to achieve goals. Will support with Individual tailored interests, Occasional evening & weekend activities, Short Breaks/ Day trips. We are open 9am till 3pm Monday to Friday.We do encourage Taster sessions so that both parties feel this service suits the need of the customer. Support planned need beforehand. Transport is available for Chaddesden Derwent area ( full days only) Activity transport is free however long distance activities with be charged for. Cost available on request.
